Dipak Basu
Board Chair
Dipak has spent much of his life employing technology in humanitarian missions worldwide. He currently serves as Founder/CEO of Assistive Technology startup, Vispala, and has been the founder of nonprofits, Anudip, NetHope and Jhumki Basu Foundation. Previously, Dipak served as Senior Director, Professional Services at Cisco and VP Information Networks at CMC Ltd. Dipak is a Distinguished Alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and considered a pioneer in Voice-over-IP and Metro Ethernet technologies.
Jai Natarajan
Director
As VP, Strategic Business Development, Jai leads partnerships and strategic Business Development for iMerit. He was the founding CEO of Xentrix, Asia’s fastest-growing animation studio. He has previously worked with Lucasfilm and Sony and has a background in Computer Vision and Graphics.
Monisha Banerjee
Chief Executive Officer
Monisha holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Physics from Jadavpur University and is an alumna of the Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining Anudip, Monisha established the Consulting, Quality and CSR Solutions teams at LabourNet. Previously she led The Princeton Review (South Asia region), shaping the startup to emerge as a market leader.
Ranjana Clark
Senior Advisor
Ranjana is an agile, broad-gauge, global leader having built and managed diverse businesses across the Americas, APAC and EMEA. Ranjana was the first head of Global Transaction Banking and the first female appointed as an Executive Officer at MUFG, Japan’s largest bank and financial services company. She has deep experience in Enterprise Payments, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Client Experience and Strategy. Presently, she is on three corporate boards and enrolled as a Fellow in the Stanford DCI Program.
Chandra Sekhar Chaterji
Marketing
Chandra is a marketing maven with deep expertise in branding, consumer insights and marketing science. He earned his stripes in top-tier NYC ad agencies—BBDO and JWT—and at Visa. He has also been a freelance insights and brand strategy consultant, and taught marketing at the graduate level (most recently in the executive MBA program at UC Davis). Chandra is a graduate of IIM Calcutta and holds a MBA and PhD in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Radha Ramaswami Basu
Senior Advisor
Founder and CEO of iMerit, a leading AI Services company, Radha built her career at Hewlett Packard where her most recent position was Senior GM of the Electronic Business Software Organization, which she grew to a global $1.2 billion business. Earlier, she founded the company’s operations in India and set up the first software center of any multinational in Bangalore. After HP, Radha took Support.com public as its CEO. She is considered a leading tech entrepreneur and mentor, and a pioneer in the software business.
Santanu "Sean" Debnath
Development
Currently CEO and co-founder of Polymer-X, Sean started his career as a hands-on scientist, transitioning to product development and management. The bulk of his career has been in the manufacturing sector selling B2B in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100. Sustainability, Climate-Tech and Green Technologies are his current passion.
Rafik Bawa
Director
Rafik has 20+ years of experience as attorney for high tech companies, including a large Silicon Valley law firm experience, and general counsel to a Fortune 500 company in the Internet sector. His particular expertise is advising on global commercial and international legal matters. Rafik is co-founder of ShareGallery, a sharing economy art business that is at the cutting edge of “distributed retail.”
